Site-Specific Approach
The professionalism and detail of JAAX INC’s Traffic Management Plans will lead to a shorter review and eliminate the need for revisions following the governing authority approval. We create site-specific plans that consider existing infrastructure and complexities, such as parking restrictions, driveways, existing relevant signs, length of tapers and buffers, road geometry, islands/dividers, lane markings, direction of traffic, equipment requirements, landmarks for ease of setup, and more.
-Traffic management planning, including drawings (both stamped and non-stamped), project site meetings and ongoing adjustment of plans as project needs require.
-Vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle traffic management for large and small-scale events, including full setup and removal of vehicle mitigation systems.
-Assistance obtaining Municipal and MTO Road Occupancy permits and submission of lane closure notifications and other related compliance requirements.

Construction is a necessary part of our modern world, and traffic management and traffic control safety aspects are increasingly critical, becoming much more of a focus for public and private interest. Traffic safety experts like us are reliable consultants who see the community within the work zone. Parents must feel confident that their kids can walk safely to school through a work zone, and cyclists must feel safe. That’s why we work to move away from the traditional way of managing work zones and look at the issues from a quality-of-life perspective; safety is the number one priority, but we can do many things to help lessen the impact of construction.
